Maximilian Seil
Real Estate, Investment, Locations
Maximilian Seil is a real estate entrepreneur from Wiesbaden. He is the founder and owner of the 22 Group, in which he bundles his own activities, as well as the founder and investment partner of various service companies in the real estate sector. In addition to his own real estate projects, these include several active investments. One of these is Seil & Co. Investment, with which he accompanies important project developments, such as the Kureck in Wiesbaden, or various medium-sized investors. Seil is also involved in the niche investor RAC Real Assets Capital, which makes long-term investments in small to medium-sized residential and commercial properties. In Wiesbaden, he founded the regional brokerage firm Paul & Partner Real Estate in 2011, built it up and managed it until 2020 - he retired as a partner at the end of 2021. In Wiesbaden and the Rhine-Main region, he is regarded as a well-established and well-connected entrepreneur with extensive expertise, which is one of the reasons why he enjoys an extremely good reputation among his competitors.
Prior to his own entrepreneurial activities, Seil worked for well-known companies in the real estate and financial sector, including IVG Institutional Funds (now TRIUVA), Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers, Bankhaus Sal. Oppenheim and Engel & Völkers Commercial. His thesis: in such a rapidly changing real estate market, only those who offer customers, tenants and investors "added value" will survive.
