Maximilian Seil

Real Estate, Investment, Locations

Maximilian Seil is a discreet but extremely successful German real estate consultant, broker, investor, and entrepreneur. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate as well as ultra-prime projects in the most sought-after locations in Europe. With over 15 years of experience, transactions worth over €1 billion, and more than 4,500 units brokered, he works exclusively with a select circle of private clients, family offices, private equity firms, and institutional investors.

Seil's academic and professional career has been international in nature: after attending Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz (CH) and Bloxham School (UK), he studied sports science at St Mary's University in London. Back in Germany, he gained valuable experience at leading private banks such as Sal. Oppenheim and Hauck & Aufhäuser, as well as at Engel & Völkers Commercial and the internationally active IVG Immobilien AG. There he also completed his training as an investment fund manager (IHK). In 2012, Seil founded what is now the Seil Group – a boutique real estate company based in Germany. The group acts as a trusted partner for a small number of family offices and international investors and focuses on purchase and sale consulting as well as the structuring of exit strategies, particularly in the separation of residential real estate portfolios on the German real estate market.

Under the Seil Private Homes brand, the group also supports the sale and project development of ultra-luxury real estate in Germany and selected European markets. One of its flagship projects is the KURECK Areal—one of Germany's most prestigious construction projects with over 140 high-quality residential units and the residential tower of the same name at the center of the project. In addition to his consulting and development activities, Maximilian Seil is invested in various structures through his German investment holding company. Through these platforms, he holds strategic stakes in various residential and commercial real estate companies in Germany and abroad and invests in real estate projects. In his role as managing partner, he is active as a co-investor with ROPE Capital Partners, a value-add investor based in London.
